Shreeji Prasad Ltd T/a Kabhi Kabhi Sweet Mart, known for its wide variety of delicious sweets, snacks and signature combo dishes. With plans to launch authentic Indian food soon. We provides home delivery services with various platforms. We make different and unique authentic sweets for daily customers, parties and family functions.
Qualifications:
Degree in Professional Cookery, Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, or relevant qualifications (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience (preferred).
Responsibilities:
1. Preparation, cooking and presenting dishes.
2. Assist with stock ordering and monitoring.
3. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety.
4. Participate fully in all meetings, training, personal development and forums.
5. Demonstrate excellent food preparation practices, portion control and end to end food production.
6. Supporting the other staff to deliver on targets.
7. Follow all company operational kitchen processes and procedures, achieving all required standards.
8. Take responsibility for delivering the highest measures of food production and presentation to customers, including manning the live cooking stations if required.
9. Monitor food consumption to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and minimum waste.
10. Support in the introduction of new seasonal dishes to maintain profit margins.
11. Cascade your knowledge and expert cooking to all kitchen staff.
12. Suggested innovation and commercially viable ideas to improve food quality.
As a Chef, you will play a key role in ensuring the delicious food to our customers. Responsibilities include:
LOCATION: LEICESTER - UK.
JOB TYPE: Full-time, permanent. 37.5 hours per week.
