About Us
· Trust Collective is a boutique consultancy, established in 2009, specialising in the real estate sector. We help business owners navigate the dynamic landscape of mergers and acquisitions, while mastering the intricacies of compliance.
· As our business continues to grow, we are excited to expand our team and are seeking a talented individual to join us as a Compliance Consultant.
The Role
· Responsible for a variety of essential tasks, each falling under the compliance umbrella, such as identifying, analysing, reporting and advising on risk as part of 'covert' compliance auditing and M&A work and project management.
· The role will support your development into a Compliance Specialist in letting and estate agency, anti-money laundering, data protection and M&A project management.
Day-to-day you will be involved with:
· Research and data gathering
· Identifying, analysing, reporting and advising on risk. Note: this role does NOT involve financial auditing
· Project management
· Liaison with the internal team, consultants, clients and other stakeholders
· Contributing to the development of our training platform
· Organising and attending company events
The Benefits
· Starting Salary depending upon qualifications and experience
· Hours: Full-time, part-time or ‘term time only’
· Holidays: 35 days including bank holidays
· Option to complete fully funded professional qualifications in AML, GDPR, & Project management.
· Company pension scheme
Who You Are
· A self-motivated individual with a legal or lettings background seeking their next career move.
· You will possess a strong investigative mindset, keen attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Driven by a commitment to "doing things right," you will actively stay informed about the ever-changing legal landscape in your field.
· A full driving license is preferred as the role requires flexibility to travel nationwide, including overnight stays.
· While experience in estate and letting agency work and/or mergers and acquisitions, is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement, as comprehensive training will be provided.
