Role: HR Senior Workplace Investigations Consultant
Job Ref: QAD 2559/0301
Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rate
Hours per week: 37 hours
Contract Length: Initial contract 9 months
Location: Aldermaston, hybrid working - up to 3 days on site per week
Top essential requirements:
Responsible for managing the investigation process end to end including high quality report writing and attending hearings.
To deliver high quality HR services to the business, managing the delivery of team activities through working with peers and appropriate stakeholders; providing the relevant technical expertise; ensuring that services are meeting customers' needs; and creating a culture of continuous improvement and process optimisation.
Other requirements:
Previous broad Investigations background
Knowledge/Experience of workplace investigations
g. bullying, harassment and discrimination
Managing Planning and documenting Investigations
Delivering Investigation results
Building strong relationships particularly with ER teams
Strong Communication skills
Resilient in difficult situations
Stakeholder Management
