We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our Client's team within the Facilities Management (FM) sector. The role involves maintaining, servicing, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial properties.
- Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
- Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Location: Alnwick
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Fault finding, testing, and diagnostics.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards and health and safety regulations.
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Testing and Inspection (2391 or equivalent) preferred
- Driving License
- Must be able to obtain DBS
