Crynodeb

This role requires provision of telephone/webchat support to clients seeking help with first time Universal Credit claims. Effective digital, verbal and written communication skills, empathetic listening and competent use of information resources are essential. You will calculate accurate benefit entitlement and where appropriate, signpost and refer clients for additional help.

You will need to comply with the Advice Quality Standard, stay current with legislation, policies and procedures and undertake relevant training in line with a personalised learning and development plan.

You must have a secure, reliable internet connection as well willingness and flexibility to work hours between 8am and 6pm. The role is full time (36 hrs), but candidates seeking part time employment will be considered.
