Crynodeb

  • Perform the Services at the client’s office Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9am – 1pm
  • Be responsible for placing orders on the client’s behalf, using the online ordering platform.
  • Ensure that all deliveries are made within the allocated time slot and that those deliveries are made to the correct designated areas.
  • Maintain all stock replenishment areas and ensure that adequate stock is always in place in line with agreed stock levels.
  • Ensure that all the stationery points are clean and tidy, remove any packaging etc.
  • Monitor the client’s stationery mailbox and answer/resolve and queries.
  • Liaise with Complete directly to resolve any issues arising from the above and manage fully the returns process.

The Stock Merchandiser needs to ensure that they:

  • Perform the services with reasonable skill and care and in a professional manner.
  • Complies with all reasonable and lawful instructions of the client relating to the Account Manager’s performance of the Services
  • Becomes familiar with and abides by all health and safety laws and regulations, and any security, safety, Code of Conduct and other codes of practice for contractors and employees applicable at the client’s premises.
