Crynodeb
Full time, Permanent position for Production Assembly Operative has arisen at our busy facilities based in Kitts Green, Birmingham.
Contracted Hours;
-Working hours Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm – 37.5hr per week. Working Overtimes as and when required
Salary;
£11.50 hour for the first 12 weeks. Hourly rate may increase after the trial period and full training, depending on the skills learned and developed. Overtime rate is at time and a half.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mechanical Assembly of Security Enclosures Product Range with extensive use of variety of hand/power tools, to excellent Quality Standards.
- Electrical Assembly and Wiring of Security Enclosures Product Range to excellent Quality Standards.
- Electrical Testing for functionality of Security Enclosures Product Range.
- Ability to interpret Works Orders and accurately complete details of product builds/packaging dimensions.
- Ensuring assembly times and production priorities are achieved. Some lifting will be required.
- Adherence to Good Working Practices, Quality Standards, Health & Safety Rules and Company Procedures.
- Maintain excellent order of work area and general Housekeeping.

Good manual dexterity to handle components

Knowledge and Experience in wiring of electrical components is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
