Crynodeb
We are looking for someone who is committed, has a good work ethic towards all elements of the job at hand and who is open to learning new skills.
Works include, all elements of carpentry, including first and second fixing, cut and pitch roofing, kitchen fitting, some bench joinery; for example, made to measure wardrobes etc.
Bathroom and kitchen tiling, decorating experience. External works, such as landscaping, fencing, patios and driveways etc.
Minimum age 25, must have a van with a valid, clean driving licence, own tools, personal subcontractor insurance and be CIS registered.
CIS will be deducted at source and monthly statements provided.
Works are largely in the East Sussex area, but some travel may be required further afield.
Pay is £160 per day. Possibility of bonuses based on progress and performance.
