Crynodeb
We are seeking hardworking and reliable General Operatives to join a friendly and hardworking civil engineering team. The successful candidates will support the delivery of projects, working across various sites within Gloucestershire and assisting with a range of tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with general construction duties, including manual handling of materials.
- Carry out general labouring duties as required to support project progress.
- Operate basic tools and machinery, ensuring all equipment is used safely.
- Follow site safety rules and maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a similar role and industry.
- Hold a valid CSCS card.
- Have a good level of fitness and is capable of performing manual labour tasks.
- Ability to work well within a team and take instruction from site supervisors.
- Have excellent time keeping and a can-do attitude.
- Be enthusiastic and positive in approach.
- Be keen to learn new skills.
- Hold a full, clean UK driving Licence and have their own transport.
- Have a willingness to travel.
