An exciting full time opportunity has arisen for an Area Operations Manager based in Scotland to join our dynamic and dedicated operational team.

Euro Car Parks is a renowned national car parking operator and one of the leading UK providers of innovative and technology-based car parking solutions. Providing specialist car parking services to a wide range of blue-chip clients throughout the UK and Ireland.

The Area Operations Manager role is a key role within the company as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a geographical area which will cover a number of sites across Scotland. Working as part of a successful team with other Area Managers in this key area of our business.

The successful applicant will receive:

· A highly competitive salary of £41, 000 per annum, plus bonus.

The role will include:

· Leading and inspiring front line operational teams

· Multi-site management via remote management means

· Visiting sites and frontline team members

· Effective management of the team

· Interacting with customers/clients at all levels

· Creation and management of budgets within financial parameters

· Leading training, development and people succession planning

· Regional Duty manager weekend cover (1 in 8 weekends)

The ideal applicant will have a full UK driving license (essential) and ideally live centrally in Scotland and be able to manage sites across the area.
