Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 18 staff members, ensuring they are motivated and performing at their best.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and manage costs effectively.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and ensuring satisfaction.
Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and deliver menu excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
