We are currently looking for a Warehouse & Supply Chain Coordinator to work within the Operations department.

Job Description.

· Working within the Warehouse Department providing operational and administrative support to the Warehouse, Foyer and Logistics Departments in respect of stock movements.

• Prepare, pick, pack and track Bling products and samples throughout the process (from preparing to delivery).
• Coordinating between the warehouse, logistics, planning, customer services and commercial departments to ensure all the relevant paperwork and systems are managed and updated.

Warehouse & Supply Chain Responsibilities

• The allocation of requisitions for production and adjusting as required.
• To ensure, efficient and accurate stock control and rotation in line with business needs.
• To ensure any production stock that has not been transferred on the scanner / tablet has been updated on Sage.
• To maintain works order paperwork
• To coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure all orders are picked in advance.
• To assist with the completion of the necessary departmental paperwork in terms of transfers of all stock, including delivery paperwork, final products and packaging.
• To book in raw materials and packaging on Sage and scan paperwork to QA as required.
• To maintain the booking in diary with collections/deliveries and liaising with Supply Chain Operatives so they are aware when they will be required.
• To liaise with Logistics to ensure all picking lists are available for all orders that are being despatched out the following day.
• To liaise with Planning & Logistics if any damages are discovered so the picking lists can be amended.
• To assist with the despatching of orders on Sage and returning paperwork to Logistics office.
• To help in the investigation of stock movement anomalies.

The Bling & wholesale responsibilities

• Preparing products for dispatch to a high standard of presentation, in a hygienic and safe manner, ensuring all labelling is accurate.
• Ensuring that all products are packed appropriately, bearing in mind recommended storage temperatures, transit time and the destination.
• Review orders daily/as and when they come in.
• Coordinate the booking of courier collections, ensuring that all documentation is available as appropriate to courier or liaising with the customer services and transport team to other delivery options.
• Ensuring stock is always available to fulfil orders through:
• Requesting pouch stock to be made in production
• Liaising with planning to maintain stock levels.
• Ensuring stock of packaging and other sundry items are maintained.
• Daily, complete tracking of all deliveries to ensure delivery is successful and address any issues that may arise and delay shipments. Communicate with Bling team any issues.
• Liaising with the customer services and Commercial on any samples to despatch to ensure we deliver to customer expectations.
• Provide communication to customers on despatch of products and provision of tracking details if required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Bling room and freezers, ensuring stock is rotated, allergen controlled and complete associated paperwork
• To advise on the external courier relationship, with regards complaints, efficiencies and service levels to maintain a good working relationship.

You may also be required to assist with stock takes/ stock movement and complete relevant paperwork.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm ( 40 hours per week)
