Appointment of a Finance Assistant (Part Time - 20 hours per week)
Salary Scale SCP: 13 - 17 (starting at £28,163 per annum)
Plus Generous Local Government Average Salary Pension Scheme
Are you a strong team player, do you have excellent communication skills, can you effectively organise your own workload and meet tight deadlines, do you have a positive approach to problem solving and an ability to work in an organised and methodical manner to maintain efficient record keeping systems? This could be the job for you.
As Finance Assistant, you will provide support to the Finance Manager in delivering efficient and accurate financial administration, including the management of the purchase ledger, sales invoicing, banking, and other general administrative duties, whilst complying with financial policies and procedures and contributing to the smooth running of the council’s financial operations.
