Package
- Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage social media plans to enhance brand visibility.
- Create engaging posts, digital content, and marketing collateral.
- Analyse and report on social media metrics.
- Manage digital reviews and responses for clients and candidates.
- Provide social media support to branches and oversee account settings.
- Create branded graphics and videos, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Conduct competitor reviews and monitor marketing performance.
- Assist in general marketing tasks as needed.
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), scheduling tools, and analytics.
- Experience with MS Office and digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM).
Desirable Skills:
- Recruitment industry marketing experience.
- Graphic design and Adobe proficiency.
- Creative campaign and copywriting expertise.
- Video editing skills.
- Salesforce CRM experience.
