A leading manufacturer supplying high-tech components are looking to recruit a CNC Machinist. This business manufactures and supplies components into nanoscience and vacuum sectors. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machine tools.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Set and operate a range of CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, and inspection equipment).
  • CNC programming.
  • Working with a range of materials, primarily stainless steel.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • A recognised apprenticeship qualification in machining/turning/milling.
  • At least 3 years' experience working within a CNC role.
  • Experience with MAZAK Mazatrol system.
  • It is advantageous to have experience with CAD.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
