- To safeguard and protect the children, young people and staff at the School
- Liaise with the Head of Inclusion and Headteacher
- Act as a source of support, advice and expertise to staff on matters of safeguarding
- Obtain access to resources and attend any relevant or refresher training courses
- To be able to work effectively as part of a team and independently, using their own initiative
- Supportive colleagues and a happy school community who work closely with parents and governors
- A friendly staff team who work closely together to provide an engaging learning environment for all pupils
- Opportunities for continued professional development
- A positive and thoughtful approach to work life balance and wellbeing
