(plus additional hours to be claimed for Forest School Cub Wednesday’s 3:15pm-5:00pm)
Grade: Payscale C3-5 - Actual Salary £9,910.00 - £10,193.00 (subject to experience)

This is an ideal role for a candidate who is passionate about outdoor learning and the benefits that this brings children. Support pupils in developing themselves, through the principle of forest school, during our highly popular Forest School sessions, working alongside an experienced Level 3 Forest School Leader. Responsibilities:Supervising and engaging with children during Forest School sessions whilst they experience appropriate risk and challenge as they become competent to explore and challenge themselvesDevelop children’s ability to initiate and drive their own learning and developmentSupport children’s development through Forest School’s learner-centred approach encouraging children to have a strong, positive relationship with their natural worldRequirements:Level 2 or 3 Forest School qualificationExperience working with children (in a school, club, or similar setting)Enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine interest in child developmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsWhat We Offer:A supportive and friendly teamOpportunities for training and professional developmentThe chance to make a real difference in children’s lives
