Randstad C&P is recruiting for an experienced Plumber to support the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance services across a range of facilities.

Are you a skilled plumber looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a commercial site in the North East?
Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing and minor mechanical maintenance
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests, including leaks, blockages, and system faults.
- Handle planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactives efficiently.
- Undertake minor project installation tasks.
- Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with regulations.
Package:
- Salary Up to £35,000 per annum
- Generous 33 days leave.

Requirements:
- Plumbing qualifications and relevant experience.
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
- Knowledge of water systems and compliance standards (e.g., L8 Awareness).
- Ability to obtain DBS
