About the role

Interested in joining our expanding Development Team with ambitions to deliver 1500 new affordable homes over the next 5 years? We are looking for two Clerk of Work Surveyors to join our growing Development team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality properties and advising on design and specification.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

Has experience inspecting the workmanship, quality and safety of work on construction sites
Has experience carrying out site inspections and checking that building plans are being followed correctly
Has a good working knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC requirements, planning procedures and other building related legislation and standards.
Has demonstrable experience working with key stakeholders including residents, internal departments, regulators and warranty providers.
Is highly organised, with good planning skills and the proven ability to meet key targets and deadlines.
