Summary

You can start getting to know about us by having a look at our recruitment video: BSW RECRUITMENT - YouTube You will have the opportunity to make an active and meaningful contribution to our exciting service modernisation and redesign that is based on the i-Thrive model, ensuring children and young people get the right support, at the right time, in the right place, from individuals with the right skills. You will also build and maintain strong working relationships with partner agencies supporting the development of integrated care pathways and locality working. With great communication and organisation skills, and a flexible can-do approach, you will work as an integral member of the leadership team in Melksham CAMHS and across Bath and North-East Somerset, Swindon, and Wiltshire, providing management cover for other team managers as required. The role involves contributing to the out of hours on call duty service for Bath and North-East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire. You will join the Manager On-Call duty rota and support colleagues working out of hours who provide a first response to concerns about children and young people. The frequency of on call can vary, however, typically this means being on call one week in every 12- 15 and there is a robust system of support available from the consultant psychiatrist and senior manager on call.
