The team actively promotes a multi-disciplinary approach to the care coordination of our clients. Here on Ashurst Ward we can offer you! A supportive team and committed colleagues Support for further training and education, potential training to the right candidate could include Phlebotomy training, Psychosocial Intervention training and Immediate Life Support training, Family Intervention Access to additional training to further support your career and progression on the ward, and within the trust! There is a large variety and range of available additional training through our L+D services, we encourage and support staff where possible to participate in further training and education while on the ward.
