Position: Temporary Registered Nurse – Community Nurse
Location: Birmingham
Shifts: Various (Days, Nights, Weekends, and Bank Holidays)
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for flexible work opportunities in Birmingham?
Meridian Business Support are seeking skilled Community Nurses to join our Client based in Birmingham on a temporary basis, offering a variety of shifts to suit your availability.
Shift Rates (PAYE):
- Days: £15.66 per hour
- Nights/Saturdays: £20.36 per hour
- Sundays/Bank Holidays: £25.06 per hour
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Community Nurse, you will:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or community settings.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Assess, plan, and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Administer medications, manage wounds, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional standards.
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Previous experience in community nursing is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
