Crynodeb
We have a fabulous opportunity to join our practice in Northwich as Head Nurse. This is a fabulous opportunity to join the experienced team where our aim is to treat our patients as though they were our own animals and to treat our clients in the way we would wish to be dealt with ourselves.
Salary level depends on skills and experience (ideally a Clinical Coach with previous line management experience)
30 days holiday pa (including Bank Holidays) opportunity to buy or sell extra days
Healthshield benefits (money back towards general wellbeing costs)
Fun social events
CPD 3 days / £600 pa plus potential for extra qualifications
Clinical Coaching
No OOH cover
37.5 hours a week. On a rota between 8:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday and includes 1:6 Saturday mornings.
The Head Nurse role requires someone comfortable with their clinical and consulting skills. This is currently a one vet branch with 4 others in the nursing team (mix of RVN, SVN and ACA roles). The Head Nurse will lead the nursing team and support the Branch Manager with the day to day operation of the practice.
