Your new role
This is initially a 12-month contract position, paid on a daily rate.Major responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to collect and document business requirements.
  • Evaluate and prioritise requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and suggest optimised workflows.
  • Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, organising regular meetings to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Support testing and validation of solutions, offering training and assistance during deployment.
  • Oversee implemented solutions to confirm they meet business needs and suggest ongoing improvements.



What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or insights specialist on projects of various sizes and complexities
  • A track record of working in the pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics or wider life sciences industry
  • Experience with business change initiatives involving people, processes, and technology.
  • Familiarity with Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong skills in analysis, organisation, and time management.
  • Excellent communication abilities, able to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.
  • You must already hold the right to work in the UK without restriction as no sponsorship is provided for this role.
