Dovetail Group (UK) have an excellent opportunity for a Regional cleaning supervisor to join a well-established Facilities Management and Environmental company based in Solihull. The hours required are 7am - 4pm (one hour unpaid break) Monday – Friday, totalling to 40 hours per week.

Our other services include Cleaning, Vegetation Management, Grounds Maintenance, Tree Services, Construction and Training.
The Candidate:
Main Purpose: Assist with the management of multiple cleaning contracts, including a flagship utilities contract, and to deliver client specifications and SLA’s whilst also supporting with ad-hoc requirements.
The areas will cover North region.
Ideal Candidate Experience:
Previous experience of leading a cleaning team at supervisor level.
Previous experience in the facilities sector is desirable.
Excellent communication skills.
A proven track record of delivering results through engaging and empowering teams to deliver exceptional standards of service.
Effective people management skills.
A full driving licence is essential.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Managing day to day delivery of cleaning services across multiple sites along the canal network.
Responsibility of the scheduling and auditing of all cleaning contracts in your area
Work collaboratively with the contract co-ordinator(s) to ensure all reporting KPI’s are met
Supporting the department manager, ensuring compliance with on-going training needs and appraisals.
Lead adherence to company policies and processes across all locations and ensuring that all colleagues operate in a safe manner and healthy working environment.
Regular client contact to ensure service is responsive and adaptable.
Planning and managing team to ensure all contracts are fully supported.
Arrange and plan sickness/holiday cover for your region.
Profit and Loss responsibility.
Responsible for ordering and delivering stock for your region and ensuring cleaning staff receive it in cost effective manner.

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
