This Graduate Science Teaching Assistant role offers an exceptional opportunity to work in an alternative provision school in Walsall, dedicated to supporting students who may struggle in mainstream education. The school provides a more personalized and supportive learning environment, focusing on students' individual needs and academic growth. As a Graduate Science Teaching Assistant, you will assist in delivering Science lessons, working closely with teachers to provide tailored support for students. You will help students understand key Science concepts, support them with practical experiments, and work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning. Your role will involve assisting in classroom management, preparing resources, and helping students develop their academic and personal skills.
