The rate of pay as a Food Production Operative is:
• £11.64 p/h
Shifts available for a Food production Operative:
• Days: 07:45- 16:05
• Nights: 16:00- 00:20
As a Food Production Operative your duties are:
• Working in a cold Assembly of ready to eat meals
• Prepare fresh vegetables, potatoes, carrots, and peppers
• Dealing with fresh, ready to eat (SALAD) produce
• Manual chopping and lifting (max 15 kilos)
• Mixing of food Ingredients
• Filling product bowls on assembly lines
• Packing foods into bowls
• Despatching of salad bowls
• Stock control
• Use of mechanical lifting aids once training is provided
The job requirements for the Food Production Operatives are:
• Previous production or manufacturing experience not essential
• A keen eye for detail
