Preparing and selling a variety of hot and cold food items from our mobile food vans.
Cleaning, maintaining, and ensuring the van is always in top condition.
Loading, unloading, and replenishing stock daily.
Keeping accurate records for the van and sales.
Driving the van professionally to ensure timely service at all stops.
Assisting in the kitchen when required.
Correctly dating and storing food items.
Handling cash and card transactions.
Requirements
A full clean driving licence (up to 3 points considered).
25+ years old (for insurance purposes).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeaner.
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable but not essential—training provided).
