We are currently seeking a Machinery Technical Service Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with basic engineering knowledge and a willingness to grow their skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site service and maintenance of machinery at client locations across the UK.
• Work away from home, Monday to Friday, as required.
• Assist with workshop tasks, including machinery assembly and preparation, at our Whaley Bridge facility.
• Conduct basic engineering tasks such as drilling, tapping, marking out, and general mechanical work.
Requirements:
• Willingness to travel and work away from home during the week.
• Basic engineering knowledge and practical skills (e.g., using hand tools, measuring, and marking).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and readiness to take on challenges.
