Summary
Title: Electrical Assembler / Assembly Operative Our client based in Welham Green, a well-established Production and Manufacturing Company, is currently recruiting for electrical assemblers to join their busy team. Electrical assembly experience required. Permanent position after successful probation period for the right candidate.
Main duties will include: Manufacture mechanical and electrical components and using company work instructions and drawings Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping across site Labelling, kitting and dispatch of products In-process and final product testing as part of manufacture Maintain documentation and recording as required. Assistance with general duties as required in the Production and Dispatch areas Utilise tools and equipment according to specific safe work methods Liaise with the team leader/Production Manager Be self-motivated and work using own initiative Shifts: Monday to Friday Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m.-16:15 p.m Fridays: 7:30 a.m.-15:00 p.m 5 days a week rota 40 hours per week Pay Rates: £11.90 per hour Monday to Friday £17.85 per hour Monday to Friday after 40 hours worked £17.85 per hour Saturday all hours worked Requirements: A successful candidate needs to demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills along with a professional manner and be able to deliver exceptional performance.
