Applications are invited for a full time (minimum 10PA) Consultant Vascular post at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to develop in one of the subspecialties in the department.
The Vascular Unit at the Royal Free London has a renowned reputation for providing world-class specialist care for the full range of vascular diseases and is the hub of the North Central London Vascular Network. The Royal Free Vascular Unit is also a national tertiary referral for vascular anomalies, complex aortic diseases, recalcitrant lower limb arterial pathologies, neurovascular disorders, hyperhidrosis and paediatric vascular surgery (in partnership with the Great Ormond Street Hospital). In addition, the department has a long educational and research track record with strong links with UCL. In particular, applicants with an interest in lower limb diabetic foot disease, venous disease or aortic disease would be welcomed.
The postholder would be expected to be involved in all aspects of patient care including an unselected acute vascular take. Mentorship will be provided where needed. Enquiries are encouraged.
