Crynodeb
To provide direct supervision to the Out of Hours Health Records Team who organise and provide all records functions within Health Records and Out Patients. Ensure availability of the patient health record at point of patient care and assisting with general cover arrangements. Ensure all health records are filed in the libraries and / or scanned in a timely manner. To be part of the on call rota for Bank Holidays. To deal with enquiries from the general public and other service users.
