Crynodeb
To provide a high standard of physiotherapeutic assessment of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions. To assess, diagnose, plan and deliver individualised treatment programmes. To hold responsibility for a caseload, mostly working without direct supervision. To participate in the on-call physiotherapy service, for which you will receive training prior to competency confirmation. To participate in the supervision, education and assessment of the performance of therapy work experience/students, to a graduate standard and feedback to the senior member of staff. To participate in the teams development, training, audit and research programme. To ensure the maintenance of a high standard of service provision, maximising patient recovery and function and developing the quality of the service.
