Role Summary:
To help with our growth we are seeking a skilled and experienced UX Designer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in creating intuitive, user-centric designs. The ideal candidate will work closely with Business Analyst and Product Manager to understand client requirements, conduct thorough research, and deliver optimal UX solutions that balance business goals and end-user needs. Proficiency in tools like UXPin, Figma, and other design software is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyse client requirements.
Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, UXPin, or similar.
Develop and iterate on user journey maps, personas, and information architecture to craft seamless user experiences.
Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces.
Test and refine designs through user feedback and usability testing to ensure maximum efficiency and user satisfaction.
Work alongside developers to ensure the accurate implementation of design specifications.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, and proactively suggest improvements to processes and tools.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX Designer in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proficiency in Figma, UXPin, and other UX/UI design and prototyping tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user-centric designs across various platforms.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
