Your new role
To provide fully comprehensive administrative and project support for all installations. This will be a fast-paced role, where time-keeping, efficiency and effective productivity and self-motivation are a must.
The right candidate will be working alongside the Internal Project Manager and will adopt great working relationships with the engineers, clients and wider team.
* To assist with warranty and quotes for parts for installations in order to complete the projects.* To assist with Purchase Orders and Invoices as required.
* To assist with any Office Management responsibilities to keep the office running smoothly, from company vehicles, to events to office stock.
* To ensure that incoming mail is dealt with or appropriately redirected, indicating clearly any deadlines or instructions as necessary to facilitate speedy resolution and prioritisation.
* To ensure all client folders and information is up-to-date regularly to reflect the CRM system in regard to projects.
* To deal efficiently and professionally with all clients, whether in person, or by telephone or email, and act as an ambassador providing professional, supportive and helpful advice and information.
