We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join a leading Property services company in Westminster covering surrounding areas. This is a permanent role working on a Responsive maintenance contract Carrying out day to day repair works on occupied properties
Offering a competitive salary up to £38,000 + company van and fuel card + bonus and benefits
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in electrical installations
- Certification in 18th Edition wiring regulations
- 2391 or equivalent 2394 & 95
- Full UK driving licence (we provide the van)
