We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to support our thriving animal health department.

About the Role
We are a family-owned natural health business established in 1998, and we’re looking for a professional, caring, and efficient team member to join our close-knit, dynamic team as our natural animal health and sales consultant.
• Position: 4 or 5 days per week, 10 am - 4:30 pm

Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service to farmers and animal owners across Great Britain by answering phone inquiries, assisting with product information, and processing orders.
• Handle data entry tasks and ensure orders are packed and prepared for shipment by the end of each day.
• Promote and sell our range of products, including organic apple cider vinegar, flavour varieties, and seaweed supplements.
Qualifications and Skills
• Strong knowledge and passion for animal care, with an interest in natural health solutions.
• Excellent telephone skills and proficiency with computers.
• Enthusiasm to learn new skills, with training provided to operate our bio-resonance machines.
About Us
We specialize in non-invasive, natural bio-resonance analysis for animals (and humans), including hair, milk, and wool testing. Our complementary health solutions are designed to support the overall well-being of animals without interfering with conventional treatments. From large farm animals to family pets, we work with animal owners of all kinds to support their animals' health.
