What skills and experience we're looking for
John Smeaton Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Student Receptionist. This role is of great importance to our work as an organisation. The purpose of this post is to provide a first-class student reception service and administrative support to the Academy under the direction of the Operations Manager.
The ideal applicant will have:
• GCSE Grades C/4 and above OR BTEC Level 2 or equivalent.
• An excellent telephone manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
