- Manage and lead a team of nursery staff
- Plan and implement engaging activities for children
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Ensure the nursery room meets health and safety standards
- Provide care and support to children in the nursery
- Drive continuous improvement in the quality of care provided
Skills
- Proficient in English
- Previous experience in childcare
- Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
- Strong leadership skills
- Understanding of nursery operations
- Full UK driving licence
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
