Crynodeb
This post has been devised to support the surgical team that currently delivers specialist services to patients in South West London, and supra-regional specialist services for patients from the South and South East of England. The successful applicant will be a newly qualified surgeon and will contribute specifically to colorectal cancer surgery.
• To participate in and support the multidisciplinary care team which includes Medical Oncologists, Surgeons, the relevant junior team, Specialist Nursing Staff, Therapists, Dietician, Social worker, Palliative Care and PsychologicalSupport;
• To undertake outpatient clinics, surgery and peri-operative care of patients with colorectal cancer.
• To participate in the colorectal specialist multidisciplinarymeeting
• To participate in a General Surgery Consultants on-call rota.
