Summary

As an experienced Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and prospective clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing both outgoing and incoming calls, ensuring that clients feel informed and engaged, by promoting our events, and increasing event attendance numbers. A genuine interest in technology is essential.

Duties:
• Outbound Calls:
• Make calls to established clients and prospective clients to invite them to various technical events.
• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to promote event attendance.
• Follow up on calls and track event attendance as necessary.
• Inbound Calls:
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide information and assistance to clients and prospective clients.
• Collaboration:
• Liaise with the marketing and CSR teams regarding event attendance and promotions.
• Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Complete call logs and reports to track interactions and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and active listening skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Interpersonal Skills:
• Strong ability to establish rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospective clients.
• Customer Service:
• Proven customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
• Technical Proficiency:
• IT literacy, including familiarity with CRM systems and relevant software programs.
• Composure:
• Ability to remain calm and polite in high-pressure situations.
• Stamina:
• Capability to handle a high volume of calls while consistently delivering excellent service.
