Part Time Client Service Administrator
15 hours over 3 days - Mon , Thu & Fri
Pennysmart CIC is a non-profit social enterprise that has been helping low income households to make ends meet and escape debt crisis since 2010.
In the last year alone, we have supported over 900 vulnerable families to access £300,000 in welfare benefits, reduce their bills by £60,000 and escape £1.4 million worth of problem debt.
Our clients have expressed their gratitude for our advice, support and patience and we are proud to have made a positive impact on their lives.
We are looking for a Client Services Administrator to join our busy, client-facing support team, ensuring our vulnerable clients receive the best experience possible.
Ideally, we need someone with a 'can-do' attitude, friendly, approachable with good organisational skills, an eye for detail, empathy, GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) and a real desire to help people. We are a paperless organisation, so we need someone with the highest levels of IT competency or a quick learner.
Full training will be provided, and there may be opportunities for progression within our money advice team. If you think you have what it takes and share our values and commitment, we would love to hear from you.
Pennysmart CIC are an equal opportunities employer, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We adhere to the strictest standards of quality, confidentiality and compliance.
