Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a leading Property Services Company carrying out repairs and maintenance works on behalf of a local council
Responsibilities:
- Working to deliver the best quality service, you will carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties
- Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include Carpentry works, minor plumbing works, patch plastering and painting
- Update and maintain accurate paperwork including the use of PDA
Requirements:
- Must have full UK driving license for at least 12 months
- Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
- Customer focused
