The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering innovative branded packaging solutions tailored to customer needs, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships within the food packaging, cardboard, and corrugated box markets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and marketing efforts within the packaging industry, particularly food packaging, cardboard, and corrugated products.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with a range of clients, including blue-chip companies.
Identify customer requirements and deliver bespoke packaging solutions that exceed expectations.
Actively seek new business opportunities and close deals to meet sales targets.
Contribute to new product development and identify market trends to ensure the company stays ahead in the industry.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring prompt and effective communication.
Required Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of packaging products and the ability to innovate based on customer needs.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving business growth.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development opportunities (access to reliable transportation is essential).
Confidence and experience in building trust and closing deals with high-profile clients.
