Measure outcomes of communication and events activities, carrying out detail analyses and help assess complex situations.
Have responsibility for monitoring and maintaining records and reports to meet the NIHR Research Inclusion and Department of Health and Social Care requirements
Who are we looking for?

Alongside previous work experience in a similar communications role, we are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated individual. You will be confident managing your own workload and able to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders. Other key skills are:

Proven experience of inclusive communication methods and approaches
Understanding of the Equality Act 2010 and other dimensions related to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Strong digital communication skills including web and social media
Able to effectively build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Have a creative approach and use your expertise to help shape and advise on best practice
Be able to prioritise your own workload and be adaptive to business needs.
What can we offer you?

Based in our Southampton coordinating centre which means you have access to a comprehensive benefits package, encompassing generous annual leave, family-friendly policies, a robust pension plan, and more- the fulldetails can be found here!

We recognise that our staff are at the heart of what we do so we make sure we look after you! As well as a generous benefits package (full details here!), as an organisation we prioritise your wellbeing as reflected in  the Mind Workplace Wellbeing awards, where we have achieved Gold for the fifth year in a row!

Our hybrid working approach helps you with your work life balance and offers you the chance to split your time between office and home working. We strive for cohesive and collaborative teams so our expectation is you spend around 20% of your time in the office. As this role is part of the NIHR Research Inclusion team some planned travel will be required.
