Summary

We’re looking for a someone who is confident, articulate and self-motivated, to join us on a full time or part time basis (from 22.5-35 hours per week).You'll have sales experience and ideally experience of making outbound phone calls too.

As a Business Development Executive you will be mainly making business development calls to other businesses on behalf of our clients across various sectors. You'll need an excellent telephone manner, great communication skills and enjoy talking to people on the phone. You'll be self motivated and driven, with great people skills and be able to work well as part of a team.

You'll be based in our lovely offices in Ellesmere Port however following successful completion of training and probationary period there are options to work from home for part of the week. This role would suit someone who has previous experience within sales and business development, a positive attitude and who enjoys working across a varied range of interesting projects. And did we mention, you'll be on the phone - a lot!

Role:

A B2B business development role that requires an experienced, confident and motivated individual who can confidently build relationships with decision makers in all kinds of businesses. You will be mainly making business development calls on behalf of our clients, so you will need an excellent telephone manner, great communication skills and enjoy talking to people on the phone. You'll be a natural in quickly building rapport over the phone and you'll be decisive and confident in identifying, qualifying and closing opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Making business development telephone calls to businesses to build & nurture quality relationships & secure qualified meetings for our clients
Sending personalised business development emails to build & nurture quality relationships & book qualified meetings for our clients
Identifying and qualifying potential sales opportunities
Accurate record keeping and data entry of call details & project time
Client meetings as and when required
Providing feedback & market intelligence to management for client review meetings

About you:

Strong, confident telephone manner & proactive call handling skills
Outbound sales experience
Competent written & spoken English (minimum GCSE C grade English)
Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills
Confident using Windows computers & CRM systems
Enjoy working on a variety of projects
Able to work independently and manage own workload
Happy to take your turn brewing up
Enjoys working to targets
Keen to learn
Able to take constructive feedback on board and implement changes quickly with a positive attitude
