We are currently hiring Web designer to join our team at Spring Recruitment.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an experienced Web Designer who has a strong foundation in UI/UX design, web development, and a solid understanding of the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our HR team to ensure the website reflects our company’s values, attracts top talent, and facilitates an excellent user experience for job seekers.
Creating web site designs.
Producing sample sites.
Interacting with team to discuss requirements and/or project progress.
Demonstrating and receiving feedback about draft sites.
Keeping up-to-date with recent technological and software developments.
Developing skills and expertise in appropriate software/programming languages including html, Javascript and others.
Producing products that are user-friendly, effective and appealing.
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Knowledge of Bootstrap is desired. Must be good with HTML5/ CSS3.
Designer who can design PSD files in Photoshop, convert them into a responsive HTML page for websites & mobile apps.
Understanding of Web design trends and techniques and upcoming trends.
