Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice on housing and disrepair cases to clients.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and settlement agreements.
Conduct legal research to inform case strategies and responses.
Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and support staff in the team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and advocacy groups.

Requirements
Qualified solicitor or barrister with significant experience in housing law.
Proven track record in handling disrepair claims and landlord-tenant disputes.
