Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and settlement agreements.
Conduct legal research to inform case strategies and responses.
Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and support staff in the team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and advocacy groups.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all cases.
Requirements
Qualified solicitor or barrister with significant experience in housing law.
Proven track record in handling disrepair claims and landlord-tenant disputes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in court.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload under pressure.
A proactive approach to professional development and commitment to staying updated on housing law changes.
