32 hours per week (over 4 or 5 days)
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and likes to stay busy! This position is ideal for anyone looking to gain or develop skills in HR while supporting our Waste and Community Services teams with:
Recruitment campaigns
Organising and developing training
Producing and analysing statistics
Monitoring and responding to queries
We’re looking for an individual who excels in building strong working relationships with staff at all levels of the organisation. You should be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team, with the ability to switch between tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively. Attention to detail is crucial, and you must be comfortable working in a confidential environment.
This role will involve regular visits to our waste depots, as well as our offices in Totnes and Tavistock.
