Are you an experienced spa professional with leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as Spa Supervisor, where you will play a key role in overseeing the operations of our luxurious spa facilities.
Position: Spa Supervisor
Location: Foxhills Collection
Type: 24-32 hours per week, including every other weekend and 1 evening.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the spa facilities, including spa reception, treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker rooms, ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Lead and motivate the spa team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of department goals
- Assist in onboarding and development of spa staff and providing feedback as needed
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards throughout the spa facilities, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and delivery of spa services, packages, and promotions
- Assist in the development and implementation of spa initiatives, programs, and events to drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a spa, hospitality, or wellness environment
- Certified Spa Therapist with recognised qualifications is disireable but not essential.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional guest service
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by spa schedules and business needs
